l sorry you're upset. I'm pretty bummed too, but it was fun participating in the Shadowplay contest. My bf4 video had 10 kills and 1,360 points in 15 seconds. But not selected even for a gaming mouse, one sad panda here... Lol Oh well...

The 5000 EVGA bucks went to 3 winners that had a combined total of 4 posts. Every system that was won was by someone brand new except one person that had 200 some posts. I am to disgruntled to check the rest but those odds are astronomical. Heck one guy with the name "LetsWinThis" wins. Most of those guys have 0 posts and joined 4 weeks ago.

Didn't win anything, but i'm not surprised, never won anything in my life. At least reading the last posts make me feel a bit better cause i'm not the only one dissappointed.  My memory is being jarred and I remember doing this same thing a few years ago too. I even checked back on some of the winners and there was a very small number that posted and it was usually, "Thanks for the stuff guys!" Some of the winners have "no record available" I am assuming maybe they didn't fully generate as the account was created minutes before being chosen.... hmmmmmm....

To tell the truth I'm really disappointed... I participated in 3 contests and invited 4 friends. No one of us won anything!!! And we are all from Russia, Moscow. I didn't saw a anyone who won was Russian so i think evga just don't want to waste time and money to send something in my region. Second thought. I played 4 games in Battle Royal for 126 hours in total! So it means 4 entries out of 7 games. Every game i played was more then 15 hours! No bot was used or anything! And i wasted all my free time after work for 2 weeks just to win the first price and offer my PC to my little brother and build a new one with the price! And i did't won ANYTHING!!!!!! Even from solidarity a god damn mouse! Totally upset and think that's unfair at all. Ruined all my believes in fairness and understanding in such contests. Thx for the wasted time and such behavior.

Thats how contests work...hundreds or thousands of people take part, so your chance is <0.1% or so. This has nothing to do with Russia. If you had 4 games in the entry maybe your chance was 0.2%, thats still no safe bet to win anything. It's just a shame all of the prices went to 0-post people. Probably some guys from reddit created 5 accounts and participated, so they had a 0.5 - 1% win chance compared to us normal ppl. (Of course the numbers are all made up).

Maybe EVGA can add extra tickets to the event of one name based on posts.. that way it is a little more likely that someone who is an outstanding community member might win. Say every 2500 posts, your name is eligible for 10 tix in your name.. or whatever sounds clever. I have been a member of the community almost 10years, that would put me at about 200 posts a year. Been in quite a bit of these events... won nothing. Thats fine.. just wished i had seen a couple people out of this fine community win something.

DUDE.... I haven't luled that hard in a long, long, long, long time. That was FUNNY. Not just saying "LOL" but actually laughed audibly and loudly. 
and to the other post, YES, your dang right I am whining. My system is very old (not that it matters) but my gripe is that every year it sure as heck seems like zombie accounts with a few real people thrown in. Yes, I dreamed too big, yes I thought that just maybe I would get a mouse at least. Yes I thought that dreams do happen. That is my right. Last time I checked, this was merica. Just let me whine and be butt-hurt for a few posts. It is my coping mechanism. I will get over it like I do every year.
