As the title suggest I felt we needed a place to share all the above. I will start out by sharing somethings I found helpful and informative and hope you enjoy and learn from them as well.
Ultimately I'd like us all to share here in this thread what we have learned focusing in on team/squad tactics/strategy. There are many undocumented features in the game that we can collect and share here as well. For examlple did you know that if you click on one of the  little green triangles,  which indicates your squad mates, while waiting to spawn you will spawn at the location of the one you selected.

  Default Volume, I think, is set to 100%. To make Mumble the same level as game volume, You would set Volume to 50% and Attenuate applications by... to 100% or deselect the while... boxes. This is what I interpret the vid as saying.

I may have missed it but how do you  anounce spotting a target to your squad

Hit "Q" when the enemy is in the vicinity of your crosshairs.  Even though the enemies won't show up on the map in HardCore mode still use spotting because if they are killed you still get the spotting assist points.

LW pack - light weight combat equipment
You will unlock this guy early on. Not all that great, allows you to move a bit faster. This is the only spec you will have for a while, its good for holding down a specialization spot until some thing better gets unlocked.
Level 5

AM UPGR - Ammo Hip Bandolier
I only use this while playing sniper. It doesn't provide a big impact on any of the other kits. Assault has an ammo hub so no point there. Medics get at least 200 bullets so ammo isn't usually an issue. Engineers are more about rockets then SMGs so no point adding it to that kit. I find it works best when you have long lives as a sniper.

GR UPGR - Grenade Vest
Grenade vest isn't all that useful. Grenades in general aren't that huge a deal in bfbc2. The maps are so big and there are so many routes that it's pretty difficult to hit chock points with them. Once in a long time they come in handy but its not worth a specialization spot. I would have to list this as the worst BFBC2 all Kit Specialization.

BODY AR - Ceramic Body Armor
Ceramic Body armor has some interesting uses. Yea it causes you to take less damage, but most people us magnum ammo any ways so that evens it out. This perk is really good for killing infantry with rocket launchers. Normally shooting an inf too close to you with a rocket will kill both of you. Ceramic armor will keep you alive even if you shoot straight down at your feet.

MGNM AM - Magnum Ammunition
Magnum ammo is my favorite BFBC2 all Kit Specialization. It causes your bullets to do an extra 25% damage. More damage means faster kills and more wins in 1vs1 gun fights. This is always my first choice when playing as assault or medic. I also use it most times as sniper and some times use it in place of extra explosive damage as engineer.
Level 15

EXPLMK2 - Improved Demolitions
Another very good spec. There are two kits that really benefit from improved demolition. The most obvious being Engineer. Sinking tanks faster is always fun it also turns up the hurt on infantry. The other class that benefits is assault by pumping up grenade launcher damage.
Level 17

EX UPGR - Explosives Leg Pouch
Extra explosives are the engineer's best friend. Having 8 rockets ensures a good time, a few dead tanks, and maybe even some infantry. Also adds extra C4 to the sniper kit, I don't find It to help all that much though.

12G.SGN - 12 Gauge Slugs
Slugs are one interesting specialization. It turns a shotgun into more of a sniper rifle. Partner this with magnum ammo and an auto shotgun and you have a potent close to mid range kit.
Level 16

V ELECT - Electronic warfare package
V Elect shows enemies close to your vehicle. The only thing this helps defend against is C4 being planted on your tank. The range is so short it doesn't do much else.

V ARMOR - Active Armor Upgrade
This makes your tank harder to crack. Allows you to take 25% more damage. Some thing to consider for you tankers out there.
2,300 points

V WARHD - Improved Warhead Package
This puts more bang in your tanks main cannon. Increases damage by 25%. Makes a bigger difference in APCs where you have a higher rate of fire on the main cannon.
3,600 points

SG UPGR - Extended Shotgun Magazine
Fatter ammo storage so you don't need to reload as much. Extended mags make it a lot easier to just click like crazy and down some one with a shotgun at close range. Not a very good perk to use with auto shot guns because their damage is so low without magnum ammo.

V RLOAD - Quick Reload Package
Armor in BFBC2 sucks. Mainly because they reload slow as ****. This makes them slightly less sucky. I still hate them though.

V SMOKE - Smoke Countermeasures Package
Smoke just like we used to have in BF2. Doesn't last long enough to do any thing fun with it. Good for escaping anti tank fire when there is no cover handy.
6,500 points

V OPTIC - High Power Optics Package
Optics allows you to with scope vehicles. This is helpful in the gunner position of tanks. Also works well in UAVs. You can chill on the maps outskirts and fling missiles from a retarded distance.
8,000 points

V ALT W - Alternate Weapon Package
One of my favorite vehicle specializations. This equips a machine gun for the tank driver or allows you to zoom in on targets when in the gunner position. Being able to zoom in is nice but being able to machine gun people and choppers down is amazing. I always equip this when spending time in a tank.

People do under estimate the smoke nades, at times using them it can be the only way to get to an objective in a full server.

I was easy enough all I did was copy and paste. I'm more hoping we can get a bunch of nice stuff here to help out the Team.

V Smoke and smoke nades remove tracers.

I'll argue with you about the Grenade vest being useless, it's better having 4 smoke grenades than 2 to provide decent smoke cover when going for an objective.

+1  I noticed that in one of the conquest matches a week ago.  Smoke also helps in taking cover for snipers and their mortar strikes, it confuses them a bit.

That wasn't PB kicking you was it, but an Admin.? And thanks, I have always turned settings up cuz I just like the looks, but didn't realize it would make that much of a difference turning them to low, guess I'll have to try it. I Agree about the kill counting before you die. I liked in 2142, you could be laying there watching sometimes before actually dieing, if u got a res, you would even have a heads up on enemies.

LoL they think skill = hacking.  I was playing the other night while in Recon and sniped a helicopter pilot with a perfect headshot.  All they could say was "No player can headshot a heli pilot like that.  I was like...you sure? 

It's not an easy tast to do though.  I've only done it twice but it's funny seeing the gunner think everything's ok...then die in a fiery explosion!

My one tip though, is for the UAV.  If you use the +25% dmg kit with a UAV, you can be very....VERY deadly with it.  I recorded my only 3Kill achieve with a UAV.  And what some people don't realize is that you can somewhat control the missle while it's deployed.  Its great for taking out walls in buildings for would-be snipers as well.  Most arn't smart and hug the corner while sniping, so usually the first thing I do is find the first objective in rush, and start taking out the corners of buildings.  It is very possible to be 8-0 on 1 UAV.

Yes I am referring to the V Warhead.  The extra damage helps to bust through trees, walls, and can even 1-2 shot vehicles.  And for the occasional idiot spamming on a turret, will blow them up, plus the turret itsself.  So that right there gets you +50 for the kill, +30 for the dmg to the "vehicle", and another +100 for destroying the "vehicle."

Also, another fun thing to do is keep choppers in site.  I have destroyed a few choppers using the UAV Hellfire Missle.  Not an easy task, but hillarious watching people cuss you out for killing them with the tiny lil UAV ^_^.

The most killed I have had with a UAV in a row is 8 off of 1 UAV.  I have spent enough time in 1 UAV, that when they kill it, I can move up to the next section and jump on the UAV on that section to chain UAV's for some fun.
