Anyone else getting BF4 crashes constantly yet randomly? Last night on the evga server I played for a bit but kept getting kicked so I changed servers. I joined another server and played for I think up to 2 hours with no crashes. I jumped in a game today and was playing for maybe 20 - 30 minutes and crash. Just figured I would post to see if anyone else is or was having this problem and if they possibly fixed it, if so how?

Yup. Playing last night for about an hour I couldn't get thru one match. It would freeze randomly 5 or 10 mins in and loop audio until I CTRL ALT DELETE to end the task. I heard that running it thru x86 has worked for some people but have yet to test it. Its very frustrating.

No crashes here...I do feel rubberbanding effects though in all servers I tried

Had about 4-5 crashes last night during a 3 hour period, haven't yet tried to play with the new patch this morning.

I think it might have something to do with the memory allocation. I was getting some errors in the event log that have been attributed to memory issues in the past. When I get back to my rig I'll post the xml output.

I was getting crashes last night. I was assuming it was CTD issues. Wrong. I gave my CPU another notch of VCore and haven't crashed since.
This game will be brutal on overclocks on CPU and memory. I have seen sustained 90%+ CPU usage on a 4.8 GHz 3770K with 2400 memory.
I really think the game runs absolutely incredible for launch day. I so far have not seen the extreme FPS dips and spikes that plagued BF3 it's whole life. I've been very impressed with the consistency of frame rates so far.

Running 331.65 which was installed correctly. I consistently crash every couple games; pretty annoying. Also experiencing some lag spikes. My VRAM usage isn't maxing out.

Getting crashes constantly. Even tried reinstalling 331.65 driver and still crash randomly. I can only play for 5-10 minutes in a round before I crash. So annoying.
I am ashamed that I actually preordered after the Beta ended, almost all of my problems were fixed in one of the Beta patches, but now the random crashes are back, seems they didn't fix anything really.
I hope they patch the game soon, I am losing interest fast.

I just played the entire campaign on Ultra and finished it in it's entirety with no crashes or any issues whatsoever.
Nothing has changed on my rig as of now.
Yet join MP servers and CTD pretty regularly.
So whatever is causing the crashes has to do with multiplayer/servers I think.

To those having crashes, how many processes does Windows show right before you click launch in the browser?

I have had maybe one crash. Is anyone else having HORRIBLE sound? It is not crisp at all. It is just BF4.

I normally I think have 79 processes running at any given time
I have 16g of ram though so I would think the memory usage from these processes shouldnt affect my gameplay?
I am not even sure what all these processes are.

I have and have had some crashes. I was able to play for a long while on the rush server for maybe 3 - 4 matches no issues and exited myself.

Even with the patch my game still crashes each 2 games or so. And I even tried upping my voltage on my CPU overclock and it still crashes often. Really frustrating.

Played my first game today... crashed after about 5 minutes into the second map. Didn't look deep into it, just the "BF4 has stopped working", blah blah...

Anyone getting direct X error if you ALT+TAB while in game? Never fails, it will direct x error and have to Ctrl alt del

Yea me as well on launch day multiplayer run perfect then I finished the campaign and now every server I am getting a Dx crash, I just checked running v 11 and not v11.2 plus a rather large client-side patch rolling out today but have not seen the changlog
