He has been offered to return to the show. I'm sure it helped that May and Hammond refused to do the show without him. Hopefully they still get the last 3 episodes of this season, want to see the hyper hybrids in the hands of the stig

they don't have a show without the hosts and none of them will work without the other. I think it's great and shows how they know they need each other to pull off what they have been doing together all these years.

I think Grey_Beard could fill in as May Jr. Lets do this! I want to be able to punch someone in the face because I didn't get hot food and suffer no consequences for my actions. Have a million people sign a petition in support of me, even though what I did was wrong. I want to be those special people that are "above the normal rules". We need The Stig Jr though. Lets make you Stig Jr and have bill1024 as Hammond Jr? .

Report claims BBC will fire Jeremy Clarkson Wednesday Wednesday appears to be Judgment Day for Jeremy Clarkson, and the pending verdict isn't looking to be in the embattled Top Gear host's favor.
The Telegraph is claiming that Lord Tony Hall, the director-general of the BBC, will announce that Clarkson's relationship with the broadcaster will be terminated in the wake of his assault of producer Oisin Tymon and the ensuing internal investigation.
Lord Hall is expected to thank Clarkson for his service in building one of the Beeb's biggest and most profitable properties, calling him a "brilliant broadcaster," and according to The Telegraph, defending his on-air style. He'll add, though, that his behavior in this most recent case will not be tolerated at the government-owned network.
According to the investigation, Clarkson verbally abused Tymon for 20 minutes before attacking him. If they fire him, then I will continue to watch the show as they get someone new on there. I like the show too much, and if Heath Ledger can be replaced by Jared Leto, Jersey Clarkson can be replaced by someone just as awesome.

The BBC will probably wait 6-12 months and offer him a new contract. Jeremy Clarkson will demand a lot more money and hot meals after each filming session. They will claim he went to anger management classes blah blah. The producer who was assaulted will end up being offered a different job before they bring Clarkson back.
Without Clarkson, i don't see Hammond and May coming back next year. That will ruin the show if they lose all 3 hosts. It would be like watching the cancelled Top Gear America where they had no chemistry at all.

He was only the Stig once when he drove his own Ferrari FXX. For 7 rears it was Ben Collins until about 2010......now it is unknown....although many speculate it is Gordon Shedden. Sad what happened to Michael.....amazing driver and great guy.

However that was a joke according to Wikipedia, one that went over my head lol. the show jokingly unmasked the Stig as seven-time world champion F1 driver Michael Schumacher http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Stig Thanks for the info. I often wondered how Michael Schumacher had the time to be The Stig.

I am still going to watch the show too if they fire him. I like it TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH to stop. Its my number one TV show. At least I got Richard Hammond still. He is my favorite. Well the Stig is actual my favorite. O did I mention that it is me under that helmet for the Stig. Now there are two people that wear the suit. I am the guy that does not drive the cars around the track but I am the guy that wears the suit when they have the Stig walking around doing funny skits. 
Mays twitter now reads "former tv presenter". Hammond said he will follow the team wherever they go, time to see if he backs up his word. Sky offered the crew jobs during th event, hinting at making a parody of top gear. Im afraid if all 3 leave and BBC gets people they like it will be no better tha US Top Gear. Also reading the reports it seems the Clarkson had taken a challenge where he couldnt eat or drink anything for 24 hours, except alcohol. So after the 24 hour mark he was drunk, and hungry. This is where I get conflicting reports.. He was either told the food provided was for the film crew not the hosts, or that the food wasnt ready, or that they were not providing food. Mays confirmed Clarkson was "blind drunk" after the challenge, and once he sober'd up he made email and text apologizes to the film crewman. No reason not to hit a man, but it was a bit deeper than "he hit a man over no dinner". BBC made the no food only drink challenge up and clarkson just went full stupid. edit: hammond has tweeted, "Gutted at such a sad end to an era. We're all three of us idiots in our different ways but it's been an incredible ride together." BBC is reported to be considering scraping Top Gear, as no hosts remain, and is looking for a replacement show. Rumored Sky TV has approached the 3 about a new contract, that is more "Top Gear friendly"
