    Maybe EVGA would be nice enough to credit you the difference? Not sure if they do this, but many stores do provide this to customers who ask within a reasonable time period.

    It doesn't look like it's on sale right now, looks to be regular price. Not sure if the price dropped recently, but if it were on sale it would show the normal price crossed out, just like it does on the current graphics cards that are on sale, as you can see by looking at the 900 series and scrolling down to the 960s or 970s.

    Was about 190$ so it's either on sale or they lowered the price. IMO on what the competition looks like on the Z170 chipset, it's getting closer to reality with this price altho still a bit high. Go on chat with CS maybe they will give you store credit as a difference.
