My GTX 1080 FTW died... Made the call to EVGA service to activate my EAR based on a smoke smell and no video.... (GTX 960 fills the slot for a bit) 2 days later I have the new RMA card installed and am shipping the non-functioning one back.
Cards fail no matter the brand, customer support makes the total difference!
You ROCK EVGA!

    Great to hear your back in business! I have had pretty good experiences with RMA service in the past. Way to go EVGA!

    EVGA went above and beyond for me several years ago when I had the Nforce 780i otherboard of theirs, I have been a loyal customer ever since - nothing but EVGA mb and vid cards.
