Get an Intel Compute Stick based dongle instead. Same price but it runs full fledged Win 8.1 using a 4-core Intel Atom Z3735F x86-64 CPU. They also go by the name of MeegoPad T01, Beelink Pocket P2 and iView Cyber PC. The MeegoPad and iView are both on Newegg for between $100-150. 2GB system memory, 32GB SSD. Throw in a 64 or 128 micro SD card for data drive and it's a good desktop machine in your pocket running full Windows 8.1 at just 2 watts 5v USB powered. I'm typing this message using an iView version right now.
