Apparent bug with EVGA PrescisionX 16, DEL key stops working

I have an issue thats seemingly tied to PresicionX 16 where if I open the app to look at the clock settings, my DEL key thereafter stops working even if its minimized to tray. If I close the app entirely my DEL comes back. When its running in the tray at startup my DEL works fine as well up until i restore the app from the tray. It seems like there is a conflict with the GUI and my keyboard somewhere. I'm using a Razer BlackWidow Chroma, PrescisionX 16 v5.3.10, and Razer Synapse 1.18.

    Also, don't use PrecisionX as it is junk. MSI Afterburner is much, much,much,much,much,much,much,much,much,much better (fewer bugs by far and away). Use it instead.

    As stated, this is the wrong forum section.  If you looked in the EVGA Software section of the forum, you would see that this is a known issue which has been occuring for some time.  Check out the threads below to see the discussion and possible solution(s).

    I will add that Precision X will not work in some systems, but it's not "junk". It could be certain reasons it's not working. There has to be something, probably a short-cut key command within precision x, or somewhere else you created, that's causing it.
