Depends on when you got in line. I got in on the step up as soon as it was available early in the morning and they have already received my card and are shipping it out. So it all really depends on when exactly you got in queue. Good luck bud!

I was in queue to upgrade from a 970ftw to a 980 till I saw they were offering the 980ti, so off the list....and back on. I've been on it for about two weeks now I think!?

Should be under member home > My products > View Details (of the card you stepped up) > Scroll a bit down and you'll see a whole listing of the process and it's current position as well as your time you put your step up in.

i got in line the morning it was released. i just got the email today mine is available......i was impatient however and sold my 980 on ebay for 425. I figure i paid 500 after getting rebate and free game. the step up was gonna be for stock 980ti of course and my difference was 155...with shipping. so i went on newegg and they had a package evga 750b1 psu and evga 980ti sc package. for 735 and a free game. so i think i did alright since no other 980ti were available anywhere, and i needed to upgrade my 600w kingwin psu. I called and cancelled my step up. by the way the sc i got seems superstable and can overclock like crazy.....i dont really need it to though and i want it to last so i will just use stock and sacrifice 4fps....

i entered the step up on the 1st day at 8am Eastern time. I just got an email to send in my payment. My products site states verifying transaction. I have an RMA# where my ID use to be.

I submitted my step-up on June 1st around noon Eastern. And all my stuff still says pending. I uploaded my invoice the day I got my card, so that's already there.
