So I got permission from lollerskater69 to move this over to the new forums and wanted to get this posted where more people can find it.
I added a link to the fans, and the rad.

Another popular question I saw that was poping up on the forums is, ''whats a good starter kit?'', ''what else do I need for my loop?'', ''what kind kind of cooling can I get on a budget?''. I put together a high performance cpu loop for under 200$.

CPU Block: Enzotech Sapphire
Product Link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835708019

Price: $46.99

The Enzotech Sapphire is the most underrated waterblock. Not only does it have the best flow of all blocks, it is only bested by the Heatkiller LT/CU and the K350 temperature wise (with enough pumping power). At the price of 34.99 with about 8$ shipping, it is a steal for a block better than than most.

Radiator: HW Labs Black Ice Pro III
Product Link: http://www.dangerden.com/store/black-ice_pro-iii-radiator.html

Price: $45.95

This is a very good rad not many people know much about. It is a slim, Swiftech-like rad and performs like one. HW Labs quality build and finish.

Pump: Danger Den CPX Pro
Product Link:
http://www.dangerden.com/store/dd-cpx_pro-12v_pump.html
Price: $59.95

This is a great pump as well as a great value. It's performance is between a D5 and stock Laing DDC 3.2. It has enough ooph for multiblock systems without taking a performance hit. It is also VERY quiet compared to other pumps. This pump also allows expandability for future upgrades.

Fans: Yate Loon D12SM-12
Product Link: http://www.jab-tech.com/YATE-LOON-120mm-Case-Fan-D12SM-12-Medium-Speed-pr-3770.html
Price: $13.40 for four

Dirt cheap and effective Yate Loons are. 70CFM @ 33 DB isn't too bad. You will be pushing a lot of air through your rad and it won't be unbearable. We will be using three for the radiator. Just use the other one in your case, stick it on the rad for push<->pull, or use it as a hovercraft. Be creative.

Tubing: MasterKleer 7/16 ID 5/8 OD Tubing
Product Link: http://www.petrastechshop.com/7id5odmagepu.html
Price: $0.59 a foot, $8.85 for 15'

Best budget tubing available. Fits snug over 1/2 ID barbs and your going to have to cut the tubing to get it off. Make sure to plumb your loop with a little extra tubing. Buy about 15 feet so you have two or three trys if you mess up.

Accesories:

Swiftech Rad-Box revision 1(Incase space is an dilemma)
T-Line Fitting (So you can fill your loop)
Fill Cap (To plug your fillport line coming from the T-Line)
PT Nuke (If you don't have .997 silver, this is your best choice as a biocide)
1/2ID Fittings are included with these parts.

                                                         Everything minus shipping: $175.13

Who said you can't have performance on a budget?

I wonder how this setup would compare to my true with kaze ultra...

I idle around 47-48 and max around 88 in LinX...Any idea how comparable the temps would be from a build like this?

I could not tell you, I have only just started water cooling and with a Nautilus 500.. But I'm sure there are other people in the forums that could tell you, you could also pm lollerskater69, the original guide writer..

    thinking about getting this radiator:
Radiator: HW Labs Black Ice Pro III
    Product Link: http://www.dangerden.com/store/black-ice_pro-iii-radiator.html

    Price: $45.95

should i get 2 fittings for an extra 10 bucks or just buy them elsewhere. Been thinking about getting into water cooling for about 2 years but could never justify the cost.
also is anyone know how much shipping is for the radiator on dangerden?
Im building toward water cooling slowly but surely. Have a pump and some tubing looking to be done by Christmas, nothing like putting a rig together during the holidays.

Thank you very much for this information and I just happened to stumble upon it just in time. It's not only before christmas, it's before Black Friday sales:P! On the other hand if someone takes pictures of an installation with this equipment it would be appreciated if it was posted as a guide/walkthrough for those like myself that don't know much about WC/am not 100% confident on the process.

Yet again, thank you very much for this information.

Mmm this is about to become my holiday gift to myself, ;) though naturally after everyone else's gifts have been acquired. I'm not that selfish. :P

Though on a serious note I'm trying to figure out what to do to add a "loop" or line or whatever I'd have to do to include in the WC my EVGA 480 SC so as the whole system is on WC. I enjoy the extra heat for a room from having it going but would like to know what is necessary. Thanks for putting this up!

Thanks for the note! I am currently saving up for a complete water cooling system and am trying to spend a little as I possibly can, considering the fact that the rig I've just built cost a fortune.

    EVGA X58 Classified3, Intel Core i7 980x @4.0ghz., Corsair Dominator-GT 12gb. 1600mhz., EVGA GTX470sc [x3], Crucial 128gb SSD SATA3, Corsair H-50 watercooling, Corsair AX1200, HP blu-ray burner, LG DVD burner, CoolerMaster HAFx. ITS EXTREME BABY!!!!
