Hi,
I can confirm that we are shipping these requests out daily and that they are shipping from all of our offices to give the quickest delivery times possible. We have included optional Thermal Grease and Memory Thermal pads as requested by some of our customers.

i just ordered pads from retailer........wish to see this statement yesterday...
