Played through Witcher 3 several times. Bought season pass at launch. Cant wait to see new expansion.

    I played through once and then moved on and forgot about it. I just started playing again this past week and need to get back into the swing of the game. But it's been a fun game for sure.

    This is an  FYI for anyone else ( like me ) .  I kept GOG online for past few days so it would recognize the release and download it. ( auto updates are enabled for me )  ..
      The other night i noticed a 4.4 Gb Dload going BUT when i went to play the new expansion last night it was nowhere to be found !?!? 
     
     So being slightly puzzled i exited & looked to make sure it was released- it was- it shows I owned it - but NOWHERE was there an install button or a link to start playing it ?!?!
     
    Apparently they thought it was a good idea to hide it in the extras/ options/ downloads area , scroll down to a text box that says Blood and Wine.  You have to hit the checkbox next to the text & VOILA !  it then starts to download your DLC game expansion !!! 
     
    SO i have to wait for another 8.6 Gb download now after the 4.4 Gb patch....
     
     i don't remember this 'procedure' for the Hearts of Stone expansion ?, but it has been like 7 months or so maybe I just forgot ? ,-- so if anyone else is looking for it, there you go.

    New DLC is great. Got around 5 hours into it and am loving it. Install went easy once I check marked the third DLC option then it started downloading. FPS are about the same but graphics are a little better. Great new monsters to fight and lots of extra side quests. Just took a break to feed my animals and self, going to go play some more. If you like The Witcher you will love this.

    Excited to start the new DLC, just have to finish HoS first...been busy in the field and studying. From what I can see so far I like most of the UI changes other than the drastic increase in menu sizes, it feels like my res was bumped down a notch or two.

    This is really good / stories/ missions etc...  but it is crashing alot on me. Wayyyy more than Witcher 3 has ever crashed before.... no big errors pop up, it just shuts off like a light switch and closes the game back to desktop. ?

    Go into Galaxy, click on installation, select verify repair. Worth a shot.

    Finished my first play through and got bad ending. Not gonna throw in spoilers but its pretty tricky to get a real good ending. Going to try again. Loving it.

    My buddy asked me what ending I got and I guess it was the good one. Finishing the DLC before I do new+. Good luck, the ending I got was pretty cool and totally how I would have played the situation.

    Finished again and got the good ending. Playing side quests and treasure hunts now, there are a crap load of them. Some awesome side quests. Got a great silver sword from lady of the lake and found the statue stones, that one was funny.
