I recently purchased an ASUS PB258Q monitor that I would like to connect to my GTX 970 SC (04G-P4-2974-KR) via Displayport; unfortunately, there are some issues getting the monitor to receive signal after sleeping the computer or even after turning off the monitor and then turning it back on again while the computer is running normally.  Is there any information on a fix for this?  Since I am running the latest nVIDIA drivers (10/7/15) I don't think it's a driver issue.  I read that a vBIOS update might take care of the problem.  Does anyone have any info on this?  If a vBIOS update is required, where could I find that file?  I've looked all over this website and have not been able to locate it in the driver download section.

Thanks!

I had similar issue with the same monitor and my 980 SC (04G-P4-2983-KR).
although it happened quite rarely it started disturbing me, no driver changes or re-installs helped.
I finally wrote an email to the support team which sent me a newer bios for my card.
after updating it for about a month a go it fixed the issue for me, at least for now.
    hope it helps you...
