Maybe that 2nd one was placed by a 3rd party, not sold by Amazon? No idea, just guessing.

I dont care for the ACX ones. The heatsinks inside arent right. Who wants the fins to vent heat side to side on the card instead of front to back? I dont understand why they did that on these. The 970's have the proper fin layout.
