Well, I just got my gtx 1070 SC and I'm having an odd "bug" where every time I watch a youtube video I get a screen flicker.. It doesn't appear to happen when playing video games.

I already searched around for some answers and found nothing. Any insight is appreciated.

Is this in windows10? If so disable screen recording in the xbox app and make sure the cable is properly connected to the GPU.

Could be a bad driver install. I would give that a try first.

Update: Xbox app has never been used and the clean install hasn't done anything.

In the geforce forums its been reported that the latest driver causes flickering for some people with youtube and .gif images. They had to roll back drivers pretty far to fix this . (Like 2 versions back)... you could try this to see if it helps any. More than likely you have a driver bug ...

375.95, which was a hot fix then a WHQL driver, supposedly fixes gif and YouTube flicker.
