Depends if the previous owner registered it or not. Worst case is you get 3yr warranty from EVGA warehouse ship date.

Hi ILikeBeans, I can confirm that it would likely be 3 years from the original EVGA ship date depending on the product. Please check here http://www.evga.com/warranty/ to see the warranty based on the products part number extension. You may visit http://www.evga.com/support/guestregister.asp after receiving your product to check the available warranty. Please also keep in mind that it doesn't matter if it was registered previously. ILikeBeans Anyone buy Used-Like New from Amazon Warehouse Deals and what would EVGA warranty be?

Thanks Chris, GTX 1080 FTW, I'm thinking maybe some are new but have box damage and therefor rejected at delivery or something, IDK. There are a few of them. Is there a ETA on the restock of new 1080 FTW?

In 2015 I bought an EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 P2 with a damaged box from Amazon Warehouse for $150 when a new one was around $200.
Most things on Amazon Warehouse are new with a damaged box. It will tell you in the description. In my case it was: "Item is in original packaging, but packaging has damage. Small (less than 1/4" x 1/4") cosmetic imperfection on front of item."
The front of the cardboard box had a hole in it, but because of the way EVGA (and most other companies) packages their stuff, there was just some foam where the hole was, not a big deal. The power supply itself was untouched.
I would avoid any description for a video card that says the damage is on the back of the box, since I think video cards are closer on the back so you can see the serial number sticker in the little cutout.

This is good to know, Props to the OP for asking about this. I have passed on EVGA items due to being warehouse deals and always went with BNIB. I have purchased other items from the warehouse deals and as VooDooPC says, slight packaging damage but product untouched.

Thanks guys, I might give it a try. I've had good luck with Amazon customer service in the past plus I saw this "Amazon also handles all customer service and product returns for "Fulfilled by Amazon" items." Although, most of them have box damage, but there are no details "Item is in original packaging, but packaging has damage." There are 6 of them right now, one has no box damage. It's kind of a crap shot I guess as there are no pictures.

That's kind of how I felt when I ordered a P/C case from the warehouse, "Item is in original packaging, but packaging has damage." Price was good, not the most expensive case in the world but good enough for what I am transferring in to it. The box looked like new, and the case looked new. Honestly couldn't find damage to packaging or the case, all included items present. Purchased a water block also, slight scratches claimed in description..............I do not see any......The return policy is as good as if it were a new product too, the way I interpret it. (maybe verify that with the on line chat?)

never had a problem with the few things i have obtained from warehouse. not all electronics, but some. my router wasn't even "like new" but it was basically untouched. i would do evga b-stock first, but if you find a really good deal from warehouse deals, i'd do it.

Thanks man I'm going to give it a try. I bought a Vitamix blender a while ago from the Warehouse although it wasn't used. The shipping box was all screwy but the blender packaging was obviously new. I was happy with it though because I saved a ton and these things are ridiculously expensive.

Amazon puts "Used" for anything that can't be sold as new. Because of the boxes being damaged they can't sell them as "New" because people wouldn't want to pay "New" prices for a dented box. Amazon doesn't have a New or Used condition specifically for damaged boxes. I've bought around a dozen things from Amazon warehouse. I have never received anything that was actually used, it's always been a damaged box. I always get the ones that say, "...but packaging has damage", I have not tried to buy one that says "pristine" packaging. That seems odd too me and sounds like a return.
