I had my GTX660 fail on me and to be honest, the whole process was easy and super fast.   I shipped my faulty item last Friday and it arrived at EVGA yesterday (Tuesday).   It arrived at 6:30 am and by 7:30, I received a email stating my replacement has been shipped.  I don't think there is anyway my experience could of been any faster.

While confirming my RMA status on the website I stumbled upon the page where the weekly feedback winner are announced.   I realized that I won back in week 7 but never noticed it.  I guess I thought I'd have gotten an email if I won but upon reading, I needed to watch the web page.  Hopefully, EVGA can understand my disappointment if I actually lost out in the one contest I actually won (I seriously win nothing...ever).

But EVGA has won me over and I may actually get one of the new Z97 boards in the near future.   I know if it ever has any problems, I am covered.

Well, today I received a email from customer service stating they will allow me to claim my prize.   Now this was supposed to only have a 15 day window from February and it's now July.   It's safe to say EVGA has won me over.   I have no idea what the prize is but it doesn't matter...I finally won something.  Thank you Brandon from c.s.    My replacement GTX660 will be here Monday, so no more World of Tanks running at 20fps.  :)

good2hear everything went well.  theres a reason other companies have modeled their whole CS/RMA process after EVGA.

I was blown away the first time I had to RMA with EVGA.    that was the 512mb 8800gt....that fried within 5 mins of launching Crysis lol.

We always here about the Bad things, or not so good things that happen around here.. mostly people bad mouth about EVGA products. It seems the ratio is about 10 to 1 bad to good.
Never really hear much about the good things.. So this usually sets peoples minds at ease.. Knowing EVGA has you covered !
