Yup if I use any  driver after 353.54 everything is faded any reason Y

So you're saying if you use driver 353.54 or earlier, your screen looks normal?  And drivers after that, the screen looks faded?  If so, that's a new one to me.
 
Maybe it's time to try using DDU and do a fresh clean driver install if you haven't already.  See if that works.

Don't think that will work I just built a new PC and just installed every thing fresh new Hdd new MB everything. It was as doing it wit my old stuff to

You might want to try this:  After installing any driver...reboot.  Open Nvidia Control panel.  Choose the tab "Change Resolution"  On that page you should see a tab labeled "Output dynamic range"  set it to FULL and click apply.  That should make your display pop...it makes things much brighter.  Mind you, I am connected to my monitor via HDMI so the setting is there.  I have a computer in the other room, connected via Digital and the setting is not there...

Took me awhile to figure this one out when I had built my current PC. Seems that NVCP likes to treat certain HDMI connections as HDTV's...
