Your opinion of "Exceptions" may not be one that is accurate anymore. Once we created the "Community Giveaways" we received instructions to not BR any of the threads in that category. This is a tech forum. Information pertaining to those "Helping" other with tech challenges and such are what we like to offer BR's for.
 
So, no. This "Gift" does not qualify for a BR. We do appreciate your thoughts on it though thank you...
