So....for clarity is this thread officially dead or has nothing been posted that is deemed BR worthy recently?

Yep... Not dead... My wife and I are in the middle of trying to buy a new house (PITA) and our wonderful leaders have no idea how the banks actually operate but they shove changes down their throats anyway. So I am on maybe 25% of the time I usually am. So bare with me.
 
Half of the ones here I came across in my normal stuff and already awarded BR's.. Only a few are not BR worthy in this last go around

No sweat AB, was just wondering. I know how much a PITA buying a house is....trust me. While not banking problems my wife made our poor real estate agent show us houses for almost 3 months......he and I had a running joke about whether or not she was going to like anything he was going to show us that day.....

Like I said before, BR's are not the sole reason I post and help. I do like helping others get into this hobby of ours with PC tech and tinkering with it and such. But at the same time, there's nothing wrong for having something to show for all the time we dedicate to helping out around here

Off topic a bit... On the home front... All I will say is this... If this deal falls through I will not buy a home for at least two years. This is exhausting. We basically have had to hold the selling agent and our agents hand the whole time. They "Think" a document has been signed and it has not. Then the Appraisal "Mysteriously" comes in at the buying price that is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay under even the tax value (That matched the value back in 2000/1999). Then the Feds added new "Items". The list is long. My wife and I have provided everything possible over a month ago. We just sit here re-sending the same info they request over and over. Watching the bank screw stuff up, watch the agents... oh what the heck It just sucks. We should have just paid cash. this sucks so bad it is not even funny.
 
Not to mention this is a short sale. So we are getting this house for a great price. If we succeed and one of the folks in the process does not keep us from succeeding... /rant....
