Hi, I had my advanced RMA approved this morning for my GTX 970.  I got a shipping label attached in an email when I requested my Advanced RMA, though the Advanced RMA description says that I will receive a label when my replacement is shipped and to use that.

I was wondering is it ok to use the label I got in the email to post my defective card right away or should I wait until I receive my replacement?

I want to send ASAP to get my collateral refunded as soon as it can be.

Thanks

EDIT: Is it ok to send the card back in the retail box?

I would wait, since there could be some. Minor issues with the other card that are unforseen.

Just wait and use the box they used to ship it to you especially if you want to save your printed fancy retail box for later use.

An EU Advanced RMA is the same thing as a US Cross Ship, which does not come with a pre-paid shipping label, which is where I think the confusion is coming from. That label that came with your email is what you would use to send the faulty card back. I do see a pickup is being scheduled to assist you, so I wouldn't send it at all at this point, just wait for the pickup to be scheduled and let UPS pick the package up from you, that way you don't have to pay for any shipping at all.

Forgot to reply to this, thanks for the replies guys, UPS picked it up for me so just waiting on my RMA card to arrive! Also I used a generic box but left the card in the plastic clamshell it came in.
