    I hope they fight this and activision loses big. Companies abusing copyright claims are out of control these days. Also not surprised Valve would be so careless either.

    Not sure what they claim was stolen? The textures clearly weren't and there are no wireframes of the assets to tell if the geometry was stolen. If they're claiming stealing of the "likeness" of something then they're all stealing, because they used the likeness of real gun manufacturers. All video game guns are derivative work.

    Yeah, because COD is the only one that should be able to reuse their assets , - over & over again.
