People are too busy fighting over a $6 toaster at Wal-Mart to care about it. This person is obviously mentally unstable and needs to be put away behind lock and key. Maybe they ran out of meds.

Looks like one of the officers died of his injuries, making 3 dead including this officer. (Other 2 dead were civilians). It's a shame people do these things, but what's just as bad is that people will use this incident to justify their own agenda in the coming days and weeks.

Um, no. You want people of sound body and mind on the front lines. If it was WWI trench warfare where you threw wave after wave of troops against enemy machine guns in the open without cover maybe. I think those that serve would be better off with a trustworthy comrade next to them. Taxpayer money gets used for all sorts of things. Maybe this guy just needs meds.....or has syphilis and simply went mad.

I'm not sure I would agree with the part "to anger everyone and stir the pot". But when the president states that we should have nothing to worry about this weekend and we should all feel safe, and then this happens... it's very ironic. His remarks may have jinxed it. I'm just going to say (without saying), don't be surprised if someone from that crowd goes on the media, comes out and confronts Obama with the same thing, "he said that we were going to be safe this weekend."

So then nobody should ever feel safe. Close to 100 people die everyday in automobile accidents, hundreds from illnesses, etc. etc. Feeling safe is up to the individual not the President.
