I just added 1.6 GH/s back into the mix, and every once in a while some 20 GH/s are getting attached, it's just far and few between now.. they need to step up their game!

Did you Sell your R-Box?
Can't wait to see what that 1.6 GH/s can do!

what? no. I'm just running the lower asic projects on bitcoin utopia, less point return but at least it's processing.

You can run 1.6 GH/s on the R-Box?
I thought that only 20+GH/s ASICs would run.
I will wait for the end results to show up on:
28434559  27748964  6 Dec 2014, 21:30:03 UTC 10 Dec 2014, 21:30:03 UTC  In progress  cgminer (Campaign #5) (for 1.6+GH/s ASICs) v0.06 (miner_asic)

27456192  26770291  6 Dec 2014, 20:26:21 UTC 6 Dec 2014, 21:16:05 UTC Completed, waiting for validation 60.47 0.30 pending cgminer (Campaign #8) (for 1.6+GH/s ASICs) v0.05 (miner_asic)

Odd on the Command Line.

I started using this setting for the R-Box.

How to avoid cgminer popup errors with usb miner sticks?

The 1.6 Gh/s run between 30 seconds and 1:30 seconds. 333 Mh/s between 10-45 seconds. But WAY less credit earned, even with the faster times. The 20Gh/s provides 2-3x the points of the 1.6 Gh/s, basically. It takes longer for cgminer to start, connect to the server/pool, and start the 333 MH/s task than it actually spends on the wu itself.

There's been a few thousand more 20GH/s loaded for each project. Grab em while they last

Okay... Newegg has my fans being shipped out.  That should take the noise level down to less than it is now by half!  Hopefully I'll get them in Thursday.  That way I can get the miner back together and set things up while I'm Folding.  (Drivers are installed, CGMiner downloaded so configuring is where I will be working.)

Separate team was a good idea... when two people can kill three years of Crunching (and then some) it's a concern.  However, it is funny in a warped sort of way!

Now we have a team (mining@evga) that just disappears when viewing that no bitcoin utopia stats list on free-dc.. **Magic**

And boinstats' overtake says 2 days? more like tomorrow, mining@evga is already just 2 spots behind now.

It was a problem created by awarding mega-points for mining work and then allowing it to be lumped-in with normal Crunching that was the issue.  The fact that two of our members ventured into it was actually interesting, informative and dare I say...almost "[H]-chy" in willingness to step outside the norm.

Yes, under the circumstances (which were not invented by Crunchers), the "fix" (for now) seems to be the way that you guys have crafted it.  None of it (the Utopia mining) bothers me at all because I don't pay attention to BOINC stats, but I also realize that many others do care about those stats.  The fact that three of you are willing to enter the Utopia/Mining space is interesting to me and I enjoy seeing new methods/configs/possibilities.  For me, mining feels pretty alien, but that doesn't prevent me from being interested in what you guys delve into.  I look forward to the day that I can double my Crunching powa' and cut my utility costs in half (if that day ever comes).    Crunch (and Mine) on brothers!!

Team mining is just 1 rank below team crunching now. Separated by 270 million points.

I still wish bitcoin utopia would switch pools, or start their own.. See the post on their forum.. their current choice of BTC guild is a poor one.

What's equally impressive is our RAC Rank  Just 2 people right now and ranked 12th overall!

My rbox ran out of work again, but it looks like with your 2 rbox's and mine it's 550 Million/ day.. I added more projects back. And they put more work up again too.
