Hello have the same issue, was working last night. This has been a working build for about 2 years and pretty sure RMA is not an option. Woke up to a "No Signal" on my screen, but was LED started with "EA 01 68 02" and running idle with no responses to mouse or keyboard. After a restart it went to F3 F6 68 then shuts off and cycles.

Tried one ram in dimm slot 1 along with the other various ram tests. Reset cmos/battery, reseated everything. Did a PSU test and works fine. Only thing i cant test is cpu as i have no other. So maybe cpu or mobo?

Unplug PC from the wall socket. Remove CMOS battery. Reset CMOS. Wait 15 minutes. Put battery back in. Power up and test.

I think your M board may still be under warranty.  If not, I am sure you could find one at a pretty decent price either new or used.

Happened to me too. I just removed everything and let it sit overnight.

Thank you guys for your responses. I appreciate the community support!

@rjohnson11: Thanks i tried this one multiple times; no luck. :( Did what Gomez99 with unplugging everything and leaving overnight. Nothing here as well.

Tried reseating everything. Tried resetting cmos/battery. Tried new RAM, still f3,f6,62/68 shutdown/powerup cycle.Did a psu test and that passes.

Tried powering up without cpu in and gave FF code, but at least it didn't power off or cycle. Just sat there with FF code. Don't know if that means motherboard is good? I think FF means searching for CPU, ect.

@randolla: I tried the warranty thing on evga site, no go after inputting serial number. I would just buy another mobo, but i'm not sure if it could be the mobo or cpu or something else entirely. MCU?

Since i powered on without a cpu and it checked for the cpu with error code: FF, should mean that the mobo is working? But when the cpu is in, it passes FF and goes to f3,f6,62/68 so does that mean cpu check is a go?

Very frustrating and confusing, lol. I just miss the rig and hope i can save it.

Yes sir it does. I was just powering up without the CPU in to see if it would shoot me a different error; which it did: FF.

But when the CPU is in with one RAM in dimm 1: f3, f6, 62/68 all day!

Was hoping to check and fix this without having to buy basically all the parts. I guess if i do, on the plus side, i'll have two rigs by the time i check everything! Seriously though, i hope i won't have to and i don't want to bring it to geeksquad. Makes me smile when i can do it!

I moved recently to another state away from my other tech friends. So sadly no. Think bestbuy or some other place will let me test it out? Lol. Might have to make a deal with a computer shop or something. "Let me borrow a mobo to check and if my mobo's bad, i'll buy one from you."

Is it possible to test that cpu in another mobo? I'd hate to see a failed chip.
or failed mobo. as mentioned above opsies. Well vice versa, figure out whos the culprit!

I wonder if frys would be nice enough to let you test a chip out in their massive wall of mobos lol!

And have you tested all other components in a different rig?

Test voltage of cmos battery or replace with a new one and try.

Have similar problem on X58 SLI (Had about 8 yrs)... No video, tried another video card, worked for two days then, again no video.  Went to min config: 1 - 2Gb memory stick, 1 TB Disk, 1 video card, Blu-ray player/burner... Voila got video.  My Crucial 128GB SSD drive would not boot...  put 6GB memory in, tried booting Win 7 from CDROM - windows would "load", start to boot up, but would re-boot, then repeat performance.  Just for grins, tried an old Win-XP boot disk - Worked!  Hmm... returned to 1 - 2GB memory stick - Win 7 booted up from CDROM!  Did a "Fix" on SSD, SSD boots up fine now.  Tested all 3 memory sticks in slot 0 - all worked!  Put all 6GB memory back in... Would go to "boot" screen, select the SSD drive - reboot happened, again and again...  ran all memory tests including extended tests with cache enabled - no errors.  Took out 4 GB memory - all well!

Anyone have any ideas?  Tried unplugging and leaving overnight - por nada.  Have not tried replacing the battery - will let you know if that helps, probably next week.

    System: Bloomfield I7-920, OCZ PC3 12800 2GB Gold series memory - 7,7,7,18 (6GB total), Noctua dual-fan heatsink, Cooler Master HAF 932 Tower, ultra 750W PS, 3 - 220 mm fans, 1- 120mm fan, 1, 80 mm fan for Hot-swap SATA box, 2 40mm fans for SSD hot-swap, Raid 5 (4 - 1TB Seagate(x2), Hitachi, WD caviar black), 128GB Crucial SSD, 2TB Hitachi & 1TB Seagate SATA drive, Pioneer Blu-ray burner, EVGA GEForce 620 and 880GTS...

I see you're running an ultra ps.  Not saying that it's the problem but if you've got another I'd give it a try.  If power isn't the issue then I'd lean towards a failing chipset.
