    Extremely old news.  Is there any new news in that article?  Any breakthrough in the case?

    This is not old news. The class action status was only just granted. The problem itself is an old one but you know how long it takes these kinds of things to finally start making their way to trial.

    Reading this on my llano laptop that I am more then happy with...
    The heck is this.
     
    Perhaps I am remembering this wrong, but I recall for the first few months it was real hard to find a llano laptop, I thought we knew at the time it was yield issues. 
    But I had no issue finding this one in August of 2011, and there was alot of choices out there.
