    My Comodo dragon browser blocks that  overclock3d website...
    the Reason? Malicious
     
    it states the following:
    "This site contains links to viruses or other software programs that can reveal personal information stored or typed on your computer to malicious persons."
     
    weird huh?

    Nice, accidental confirmation from the company itself.  So all we really know is that this promotion includes an unreleased card because it falls within the date range for new purchase qualification, therefore, the unreleased graphics card's initial intended release (subject to change) was within the date range, and thus before December 2016...

    For Intel processors, 0.122 x TDP = Continuous Amps at 12v [source].
