Godavari is just a refresh of Kaveri, some may call it a rebrand.  It is akin to Devil's Canyon to Haswell without changing the TIM under the IHS.  I get the impression too many expect Zen earlier than Q3 2016 via Summit Ridge, it is Skybridge that comes this fall 2015 into early 2016.

For Intel processors, 0.122 x TDP = Continuous Amps at 12v [source].

It will likely be supported by all current FM2+ boards.
