I am the owner of two Gigabyte Titans, the original non-black. I was wondering the ACX cooler would fit that design, as I understand, the current ACX black model fits the Black, non-black and 780Ti design? So would that also fit my Gigabyte board?

Pay attention on screw driver and use exactly same size as screw to avoid any damage.
Because GIGABYTE didn't support customers to replace paste, install EVGA backplate on their reference cards or water blocks in warranty.
