Have you turned the case around and placed it in the Left Side or even behind your Monitor?
This would put you Vent on your Computer on the other side not facing you.

I have considered that, and I might do it. The only issue is that I'd have to raise the wall mount for my monitor (a bit of a PITA and would leave some big holes in the dry wall) if I wanted it behind there, or (if I just turn it around) all the wires for my desk would be hanging off the side for my toddler age kids to get at.
