One of them is the repeat keystroke option in windows. When I disable this I no longer have any jitter when I hold W to walk while panning the camera in my garage.

For those of you who NEED vsync. Every time you launch the game you have to go into the game settings and manually change your refresh rate twice. This will get rid of the issue where vsync switches from 30 to 60 and nothing in-between.

THIS GAME IS AWESOME!

Turning vsync off in-game, and using vsync (I like adaptive) via the NV control panel works too.

I like adaptive too but there are some areas of the map (typically wherever there are lots of large pine trees) where I cant keep 60fps. I only use adaptive when I know I'm going to stay well above 60 fps because I am using a TV as a monitor so the screen tearing with vsync off is unbearable.

Well, you don't HAVE to use adaptive. There are other options in the NV menu ;)

I didn't notice any difference in performance between NCP vsync and in-game vsync so I am using in-game vsync. With NCP Vsync you cant disable it while in game if you want to check your frames.

Performance is significantly better on a single GPU.
Since I have two I may be at 1/4 usage if the variable is set to 4, but I'm yet to dig into inspector.

Does anybody know how to prevent the game from basically pressing escape on it's own randomly? That really is my only gripe...

edit: I've just changed my global profile SLI config from autodetecting the quanitity of GPUs, and specified to use two and force AFR2 by default and all is sweet.

Wait, what? You are kidding... This is why I have not bought into the SLI/Crossfire BS in years.
