I think it is great that people are already Folding for Jeff ahead of Friday.  That way we can really put an exclamation point on his Folding stats.

Checking the primed SMPs (using the FAH stats site), so far there is only the one that I completed earlier and I have 3 more SMPs that will be done within the next couple of hours.  With the Team's help, we should have all (10) primed well ahead of Friday so that the bonus SMP points can be gained for Jeff.  I see some GPU WU's landing in the hopper and that is terrific!

I'm so encouraged (strike that) "inspired" by what this Team does at times like this and am proud to be among you.

Good going texinga good work  I will help with the SMP requirement.

I would think that 10 or 20 million by Friday sounds like a much better tribute to a teammate by team EVGA.

I also think he would be an excellent candidate for our EVGA Folding Hall of Fame.

I'm in from now till Sat morning.

I should have a couple SMPs in there before Friday unless I start getting crazy big ones.  I didn't know Jeffrey but am glad to participate in tribute to a folding teammate that helped so many.

I just checked the FAH stats for the SMP Passkey that we are using for Jeff.  We are half-way to having it "primed" with (5) SMP WUs completed so far out of the required (10).  For those of you that are helping with the SMP priming, it is showing and soon we will be racking up some SMP bonus points for him.  Thank-you for the help!

FAH won't detect my gpu in W8 even after several driver delete and re-installs, so I am gonna go back to W7 and hopefully be up tomorrow night. GRRRRRR!

Whoa...this Team has been rollin' like a juggernaut over night.    Checking the stats, the SMP priming was completed and the bonus points are flowing well.  So, thank-you to everyone that helped get us over the priming point.  As a Team (GPU and SMP) we are firing on all cylinders and I expect that will grow as people join-in the next day or so.  I noted that we have already helped Jeff's number to grow over 1 Million and counting.  For a bit of perspective:

Jeff's last achieved Folding points before he passed = 815,713 with 1,284 WUs completed.
As of the most recent FAH stats his points were = 1,049,826 with 1,370 WUs completed.

Excellent work by everyone and let's take it as far as we can during this period of honoring Jeff's memory!

Yes, that would definitely be a typo on the part of what appears to be maybe one person and the points associated were (1,104).  Hopefully that has been corrected and the donor is back into the correct User hopper.  It's the thought that counts and I'm so impressed with how people are turning out for this effort.

Just as a reminder, the User information for Folding for Jeff is in Post #46 of this thread.  If I had a way to also copy it to the Top of the thread, I would do that to make it more visible and easier to locate.

Date Sent 4 hrs. ago From mofakkadan  To patchesanook Thank you. I have wished I knew what it would involve to sign them up. I have no clue even though I have a membership. Truth of the matter is, Jeffrey signed me up. He did it so I could register my EVGA products with his code and comment on his mods rigs page.  My comment on his rig was the first one he got and the only posting I ever made untill his passing. I was the only one with membership within his friends here in Missouri and I knew his family was not involved with the forum. They knew of it through Jeffrey. He shared the fact that he had found the means to be helpful to many people with them. I have come to understand the suspicious reaction I got by posting the news of his passing. The Mods told me there has been people in the past who made some very sick jokes of that nature.
I can see also them being leary since I had been a member nearly 2 years without posting a single thread.  The fact is, I never needed to. If I had a problem with my  PC, Jeffrey came to the rescue and took care of it in person.  You would be hard pressed to find a better friend. He will be truely missed by his Missouri crew.  We all prayed for a peaceful passing when we were informed he was terminal and  that prayer was answered. Still we all contuinue to pray for his family's strength through this. Nobody ever should have to bury their child. I couldn't think of anything harder to do. Pray for their strength with us. It's working and we will take all the reinforcements we can get.
Best regards, Dan

i sent him the info so he could sign jeffreys family up here so they can read all the posts about jeffrey.

Boy is that the truth. We just passed two years after losing our 21 (Would now be 23) year old son...

I think I will fire up his old system for this cause as well... Seems fitting.

Wow fantastic work guys! I'll be switching over this evening as well. I'm going to bring my main rig online and my SR-2 rig with 5 GTX 460s single slot cards. I was thinking that 1 million would be a tough goal to get to in a day for him but people have been coming out of the woodwork to fold for him. Carry on guys I'll be joining the party soon as well!

I also see something neat and I'm guessing that Jflankford did it...Jeff has also been listed in the "EVGA Millionaries Club"!

What a tribute this is and will be for him...you guys are the best!
