Not sure if this is the right place to post this but;

I ordered a 970 through the Step-Up program and all went well, sent my 750 Ti in and received my brand new 970, however I haven't received a backplate for it.

I was told that Step-Ups would ship with the backplates and my step-up was requested before the deadline, so any ideas?

Thanks:)

    Ahh right, I think because mine was processed earlier as I requested the step-up the day it was available the demand was high for the free backplate which is why the could have ran out of supply for the backplate and only recently got them back in. Anyways, I hope you enjoy your 970!
