Fine! Thanks, i Will try tonight with new cooler and see what's happening if the problem persists I don't post nothing. I will POST tomorrow in work so. I know that you are experienced users, but I'm said I have problems, my pc is shutdown or presents the FF and Red Light Problem because the FF or no present the redlight, but shows only FF and do nothing.

So I hope that I can test your settings in post#6

Not to jump in and misdirect anyone, but if I am reading correctly the red light at the top of the board is on or coming on? beofre or while its shutting itself off? This problem right after a new cooler was installed?

I gotta say unless I a missing something I really think you need to follow the above step in post # 2 again with the stock cooler jsut to see what happens. I think your messing something up (not on purpose of course), but it seems too coincidental that it was stable for 3 years then right after a cooler install it shuts down immediately and wont post.

Yes DMWT, it's simple, my pc is running fine. I install and reinstall CPU FRIO sometimes, and it's make me arrive at this point, well I'm in the desktop, but it's shutdown, I using my old EVERCOOL Buffalo(need change the screws).  My four push-pins are not properly seated. I have one with problem think so. Because of this I test a CPU COoler with push-pins ok.

Well! By pass:

1) I unmount all my system and put in the table and clean all the motherboard and other components.

2) I mount in the table the board and other components and it's running fine.

3) In Test, because this photo was maked yesterday and PC is shutdown with a non clean.

4)TESTING in CM690 since 7:00 am. 12:00 I will see if the system is on and working fine, but cooler box is so "f...$#%"

So When I fix my FRIO is good to reinstall in my system?

Thanks.

Are you using the settings from post #6?  Once you get your FRIO fixed so that it it will mount properly, you should be able to use it.

No!
I'm Using stock settings and some settings of post 6. Because I try to Use this settings and my pc not running. Hang up and doesn't make the job and my system will overheat more. My pc is shutdown again. ]

I think it's my case, in a board it's load normal, when I put in the case this not function normal.

All of the settings in post #6 are stock settings of 1333Mhz.  If it will run outside of the case, but not inside of the case, then there is a problem with the case.  Are you using the stock fans that came with the case?  Are the fans running at 100%?  Are you using Precision or Afterburner to ramp you video card fan up?  Do you have good cable management?  Make sure no cables are blocking or redirecting the air flow.

Please try what I requested and let me know if it boots, and we will go from there.  Please enter all of the settings from the template in post #41, with only two of the RAM modules in the black slots (pick one of the two sets to use).

If you are not going to do as I ask, then I will cease assisting you, and someone else can.  I specifically asked you to use two RAM modules, not four.  I am not paid to do this...I voluntarily offer my time and assistance.  If I requsted that you use two sticks in the black slots, why would you use four?!

Yes! It's Run, I restart sometimes to put other things. HD, Coolers, Drive IDE, memory, and no failure, the red led function normal, just lit 2 times and the pc Loading normal, but when shutdown abnormal in the case the red light come lit and I can't get through the cycles. Just FF + lights or pc shut itself

Again I thinks its overheating. He says right here in red, when it shuts down the red LED is on. Either Overheating or CPU fried/installed wrong. Am I missing something? I don't think its a BIOS setting issue causing this. Am I wrong?

I agree with you, and in one of my posts, I informed him that if the board runs out of the case, but not in the case, there is a case problem.  Right now, I am just trying to get him stable outside of the case, and then deal with that issue.

That makes sense, I think the language barrier is causing some issues. Have you seen grounding cause the red led to come on? I always assumed it just meant overheating/cpu isses. As far as settings go I am leaving it to you, it just kept bugging me that there is a hardware issue going on. lol.

The language barrier is definetly playing a part.  As far as the PC case, I am not sure if it is a grounding issue, or an airflow issue.  But even when he stated it ran outside of the case, it still shutdown after a while, and he states that it was not heat related.  He is using a temp monitoring program, so I take his word on that.

Well It's running in the case ^^
2mb with post 41 spec =.
It's hot, can I down the core voltage etc.
Calm down The temperature of cpu is 45 idle and cores are 51 and 53.
What I do Know?

What CPU cooler are you using?
Are you using the settings from post #41?
What is the ambient temperature of the room the PC is located in?
I would ask you to run a stress test, but if your CPU temps are in the mid-40's at idle, it would probably overheat while stress testing.  You may want to consider purchasing a better CPU cooling solution.
Please replace the two RAM modules that you are currently using with the other set that you have, and let us know if you have any problems using them.

I'll take a picture of socket and others if needed for us.
2)Bad HD maybe is the problem?

3)I will try in the table \/out of the case to se what`s happening.

Please post a BIOS template with the settings that you are currently using.  When you say it "shuts down", exactly what happens?  Does it freeze, as in the keyboard and mouse become unresponsive, or does it BSOD?  Bent socket pins would probably prevent it from posting at all, but I assumed you checked that when you mounted the stock cooler.  Overheating would cause a shutdown.  What are your temps when it shuts down?
Edit - You did not answer the following question:  What is the ambient room temperature of the room the PC is located in?

Ok man!
don´t have a template it´s shutdown before I can do something, I´ll try make pictures and post of problems, i need save this rig. No start after Hours. LIke I Sleep and wake up in other day and try to boot up pc and is running fine through the cycles, but soon crashes showing sometimes a image ärtifacts¨ before shutdown sometimes.

Temperatures:
When Shutdown (but I have used Stock cooler in beginning of my rig years ago), and I think 45º not a super HEAT.
CPU : 45 º
CPU CORE 1:53
CPU CORE 2:50

My normal temperature with a mid cooler is about:
CPU : 38
CPU CORE 1: 42
CPU CORE 2:45

THats All!

THE AMBIENT IS about : 23-35.
