780 TI SC base clock speed

is it okay the base clock speed is reported at 1005 mhz instead of 1006 mhz?
when I first got it, it reported 1006mhz
mine is the ACX version

    a restart seems to have fixed it but sometimes it still reports 1005... why?
    this is real time monitoring btw

    I think it is probably just a software thing and how it rounds the value.  Shouldn't be anything to worry about.
