ok, just so no more confussion lol, install as EK instructs to only for those using EVGA gtx 780 ti classfied/or the non ti backplate, we use the m3x6 screws without a washer and m3x8 WITH a washer :)
 
in the ek instructions as stated by starlet - the padding remains the same as original ek instructions yes?

You can easily find M2.5 screws of any length, searching ebay this these keywords : "laptop screws".

Do not use M2.5, they won't work. That is the wrong thread completely.

The M3x6 or 8 will work for what you would like to do Cursed, so which ever you can find.

hey guys have a question on the screws i know im looking for M3x6 but my dilemma is whether Im looking for 0.5mm thread or another size? to my knowledge i think its 0.5mm but not sure just wanted to make sure
