    Could just be nomenclature and product streamlining, from the sound of it by TDP, some Haswell-M processors could be succeeded by upper-end Broadwell-H.  It is a process shrink, it may not need to be at the same 57W TDP rating especially when the point of this  initial exercise is to disrupt the mobile dominance by competitors with low power parts.

    For Intel processors, 0.122 x TDP = Continuous Amps at 12v [source].
