I'm having an issue with the latest version 5.3.10 causing my delete key to not work unless I press and hold the ctrl key. Closing PrecisionX allieviates the issue. I'm having this same problem on two separate systems and exiting PrecisionX corrects the problem on both machines. Is anyone else having this issue?

Sorry to hear you're having this issue too (it drives me a little nuts sometimes to be honest). I tried going back to 5.3.09 but then the program wouldn't load. I'm dealing with it for now, just setting my overclock then exiting the program but I do miss my OSD. @EVGA can we at least get an acknowledgement of this issue.

    Hi.
    Same here with version 5.3.10.
When playing Borderlands: The Pre Sequel I have to use shift + delete instead of "del".
If I start the game before PrecisionX than my keyboard works as normal.

I have the same exact problem. In fact I've decided to stop using PrecisionX until they fix this showstopper.

Hopefully someone at EVGA is paying attention and has seen this thread. It took me awhile to narrow the problem down to being caused by PrecisionX so I bet that's why more people haven't made threads about this pain in the A$$ bug.

I also have this problem and it is definately, without a doubt, precisions fault.

    Scenario:
I play games like Rainbow Six Siege with Precision X16 in the background.
After exiting the game or while alt tabbing, the delete key is somehow not working.
If I hold shift while I press delete then it works.

But .. as soon as I kill Pr..X16, it starts to work again, directly.
The problem does not occur directly but first after a bit of playing or some other stuff.
    Please help.

Thank you guys for the information, and I'm sorry for the inconvience; I'll forward this problem to our programming team. Anyone having this problem, please list your Windows version and what hardware you're having problems with.

This issue can occur if the fan control page is open on Precision, can you please confirm?

Once I enable my saved profile my delete key stops working. Fan control page closed.
