Thank you doorules. Over 15,50 Isus! I think it's better on powerfull system on 3-4 year than weaker on 2-2.5. What 980X, 3960X,.... can hold so long...and have more than 4 cores. With excellent motherboard... perfect... Special if you choose soon after launch...

I usually use Cinebench and IBT 2.54, haven't used LinX in a while, can anybody provide a good download link for it? EDIT: is anybody updating this thread any longer? been a while since I saw IstBar online ...

I am Sorry for the lack of updates, for a while i had something else on my mind.. The thread will be up to date from now on again.. I've seen a couple of good overclocks, and i skipped the people i was unsure of and people who didn't include linx in their picture one guy used prime, but since i wasn't able to see how long the test was run i didn't add him .. but thread should be updated now, if i missed you, PM me :) again, sorry for my sudden disappearance..

SeanEJohan The 3DMark11 score in my signature isn't a benchmark?? http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/6795820 [picture] I can run 3dmark at 5.2 ghz with no problems at all But i can't run linx for 15 min at 5.2 without problems .. 3Dmark doesn't utilize your CPU for more than max a min in the CPU bench since it's a Graphic card benchmark.. Just follow the rules .. it's only 15 min ..

But either w ay, this is not an argument.. Intel burn test is pretty much the same thing as Linx .. They both use Linpack.. Prime will also do :).. I guess i couldn't stop you from joining as long as the rules are followed :) The problem is though ,that while we have to overclock our CPU's (intels) from ~3-4 ghz to 5 (over 1 ghz), the AMD 9590 is at 5 ghz stock clock speeds.. I don't know what everybody else thinks?, because i didn't think we were that close to 5 ghz stock speeds when i created the thread.. even though i think some people use Turbo to reach 5 ghz, it's allowed since it technically is running at 5 ghz, though for shorter times..
