4790k OC help with cpu power limits

Doing a small oc here. Can anyone please tell me what long and short values should be set to? They are currently at 95 and 119 as seen in the picture.

    The 4790K is only rated for 88W of peak power draw
     
    Are you asking if it is safe to run AIDA64 Extreme with those settings.
     
    May want to edit your title if you want help with just that software

    No. Sorry. I should have been more clear. I just took a screen shot of what Aida64 shows on my end. For my cpu power limits. That is what things are set to currently in my bios. I was asking if those are okay? Or need to be adjusted with that 4.5 overclock?
