Yes it's now 650, but people payed with smiley on face 1500$ when Titan Z was 3000$.
And AMD didn't sell small number of cards. OK that's not enough to cover all loss but more than they planned.
That only prove people had money only is problem how they look price, they like or not.
Only that, and I think Titan X worth similar, he will be weaker but not to much and overclocked will be close to R9-295X.
Plus advantage is PhysX and single GPU, same games react very bad on two Hawaii. GPU usage was very bad.
You will see fps in newest games, special in Microsoft Windows 10 between Titan X and R9-295X, fps will be very close thanks to better optimization and single graphic chip. Special in new Unreal Engine and Cryengine.
People who work on Unigine Heaven at this moment enjoy in new Titan X and on them will work and optimize new games.
Did you saw face of Tim on presentation... Face of man who expect to get first sample of Titan X.
