Man I love competition. Been following this story on a few other sites. The only downside to this car is the veeeeeeeeeery long on the tooth body style.

Just wait and see how Dodge responds and the all new Mustang in 2020... Leapfrogging at its best!

IMO the Camaro is light years ahead of the Mustang and Challenger in looks on the outside and interior. Then we have the Camaro stomping the Mustang in Performance and the Challenger Hellcat might have a little and I mean a little straight line advantage on the ZL1 (for more money), but throw some corners in there and the Hellcat will never see the ZL1.

You must not have looked at September and October. Camaro outsold the Mustang these two months and will probably stay that way, especially with the 1LE and ZL1 coming to market. When you're getting stomped in performance, there really isn't much to giggle about, then add to that the Camaro taking the sales per month lead again and Ford had to actually shut down their Mustang plant as their sales dropped 32%. Not a great time to be bragging about the fish out of water car. They should have renamed the Mustang to Goldfish.

With two months left in the 2016 calendar, the Ford Mustang sits in 1st place in the annual muscle car sales race, leading the Chevrolet Camaro by more than 30,000 units. GM has only sold more than 10,000 Camaros in a single month once during the modern era, and to catch what the Mustang has now – GM would need to average more than 16,000 Camaros per month to come close to Ford’s total. Really, Ford could stop selling Mustangs today and GM still wouldn’t be able to claim the muscle car title.

You have zero to be proud of. Mustang sales are down, they had to shut down the Mustang production plant, the Camaro just took over the monthly sales lead for the last 2 months and the Camaro stomps the Mustang in Performance. I doubt Mustang will get the monthly sales lead again.

Not an issue. The Goldfish sales are on the way down and the Camaro sales are on the way up with the 1LE and LZ1 hitting market.

Lol the Mustang looks so much better side by side it's not even funny.  You would literally have to pay me to get in the Camaro.  The Camaro just looks like it is trying way too hard to look edgy and ends up looking terrible.
