Yesterday was a record for me as well: 11.07.16 Date 5,415,493 PPD 81 WU

Surprised Bill that your Points were not higher, I suppose this is the luck of the draw with WU's.

I had yesterday
11.07.16--6,486,318--82WU's

According to my Hourly graph, my production stalled to 0 for 6 hours, No error signaled in the logs. dunno what happened. Would it be possible that i got a Really Inneficient WU?

I just landed a 5.5-6 hour wu about 152k #10493

In the next days i will have to temporary disable my Rig to make some order behind my desk, Rouster is kind of sitting behind my rig getting interfered for the others, Maximum Downtime will be 2h.

Best of luck to you...that hard cap on the downtime can be dangerous. Whenever I think something computer-related will only take a few minutes, it somehow always turns into multiple hours. :)

Its already done, and it was that, or a mom tossing my PC offline to unblock the signal. Guess what was the less downtimy option lol, my pc was directly in the router path.

sorry to say this but that day does NOT count the 12am update from the day before was missed and stacked onto the 3am update. that is why i was upset with my last post. 265 million ppd was over the course of 27 hours, not 24.

It is not funny, I was hoping you got the same PPD as I did, for the same amount of work.
Even if you are on my enemy Team....

Once again to EVERYONE, Awesome job, another record breaking TZC for us all...

Some of these pictures of rigs with unique cooling solutions would make Dr. Frankenstein proud!

I'm going to keep on going until the end of this month and push for 6 million points. All three rigs were slightly overclocked after I completed the monthly Win10 updates, so hopefully my daily totals will increase.

I think you maybe correct originally that it was 27.  Not sure when the changeover took place, but I am informed by powers more knowledgeable than I that it occurred at the 3AM update not the 12AM...

Well my downtime was shorter than I expected for thermal pads, but the wind down to shutdown was the point killer.

My PPDs have been very low all day, anyone know if something's going on? 350,000-400,000 is typical for me, been stuck at 122,000 all day! Over several jobs!

I came home to find my rig was shut off so I tried powering it on and there was a *snap* accompanied by a bright flash.  I closely checked over all the wires but I couldn't find any trace of a water spill or burn or the like, so I re-seated all the wires and now it looks to be all good so far.

It's one thing after another with this rig.

This is patch tuesday, so check your rigs and restart as needed.
If your points are low, check for network errors, my network sometimes gets reset somewhere and Windows won't reload dns properly.

Are you 100% Sure it isnt the PSU? would be sad if a Defective PSU decided to take out your rig and you accidentally overlooked it.

as long as the weather here in florida keeps cool I'm personally just going to keep going till the end of the month.  It'll be my first month folding 24/7.  Curious what the electricity bill is.  My plex server comp crunches 24/7, but it doesn't draw nearly as much power as the 980tis lol.  Hopefully we can break 6 billion by the end of the month.  I seem to be doing a solid 1.1-1.2m/day.  Not too bad.

6 billion points is within reach - at the moment we would have to average 190M PPD for the rest of the month.  The PPD required number will continue to decrease as we keep putting up large numbers through the contest, however, it remains to be seen how much of a drop off we'll see when the official contest period ends (especially with event looming on the crunching side of things) and as bucks folders begin to slow down toward the end of the month as well.  6 billion would completely blow my mind as to what this team is able to achieve, but it isn't going to be easy by any means...

Either way I'm folding all I've got!

Glad you are back in the game BadBertie!! You have the I5 2500 rig (#1- Switch 810 white) OC'ed to nearly 5 gHz. Why not swap out the 670s with GTX 1070s or 1080s? Your rig would go from nice to Awesome!

Even if you put 3 x GTX 1060s it would be a big upgrade.

Just a thought.

Woke up this morning to find my computer off. First time since the 1st that it's been powered down (for longer than a quick reboot). I asked my wife if she turned it off last night. She said yes. She thought it turned itself on in the middle of the night. I knew I should have left the folding app onscreen.

Yeah, unfortunately that rig is in bits burried in boxes in my storage unit atm (after 3 moves in 6 months). Don't worry, I'll come up with something 🤓

That 2 demerits! If she see's the Folding does she know it's working?
