- We're nearing the halfway point of the contest and so far we've put up some incredibly impressive numbers as a team!
- The prize distribution process will begin next weekend, the weekend of November 12th.
- Please check the folding section of the forums for more information about the prize distribution at that time.
- You will have a week to select the prizes you prefer to win. You are responsible for checking the forums and following the process.
- Donations for individual prizes and the GPU Giveaway Pool remain open until the prize selection has begun. If you haven't donated already, you are encouraged to join the incredibly generous spirit this team has in giving back to the community! Donations of all shapes and sizes are appreciated.
I have a question, will you update in this thread with links to the section or we have to refresh until we find it?

There is usually a second thread created for it. Just keep an eye out for it.

There will be a link posted here, and the first message in this thread. Additionally, there will be a separate thread that should be easy to find in the folding section with details.

toyking22 the folding at home client is wrong about the ppd.. every time i look at it, it says 550-700k a day,, i go to the time zone challenge and its 800-850k ish any clues?
You Client will show you what you are currently running not what you have run and the PPD will change on the client each time you get a new WU/Project. The TZC is averaged out. No Two Tools will show you the Same PPD at the Same Time. Also the PPD Means nothing in the long run, it is the ending Points or Credits that count here.

Looks like folding client 7.4.15 (64-bit version) is working okay so far, with an AMD R7 360 card. I don't see a lot of production increase over the 32-bit 7.4.4 build, however. Anyone else seeing good results with the beta build? I tried this beta out with twin nVidia 750ti's, but no such luck -- too many error messages. Fold on ... Mountaineers!

You have to set the slots manually for Cuda and openCL, to 0 and 1 for each GPU.. otherwise you will get errors.. -1 does not work, which is the automatic setup..

It is not going to make the PPD better or faster only more accurate in the estimating of the PPD. Core 21 Projects for the most are x64 anyway and even in the current 32Bit Client Core 21 Projects still run as x64. What Drivers are you using with your nVidia 750ti's cards?

Timpster-GPU_Nvidia_660Ti For cooling power, instead of using an A/C, if it gets cool enough (with hopefully lower 60-70% humidity, sometimes not possible yet) then open two windows in your house (if your windows even open, most are now painted shut, because who the hell uses windows anymore?), and open one about 4 inches high, open one that is near your computer, and open another one across from it or on the opposite side of the house. Open that one much higher, and put a very large powerful fan in that one. This will be exhaust and it will completely force air to enter from the smaller open window. It won't work miracles, but when it gets down to 70-65 or less, that's a good time to start this, and it works much faster than an A/C unit. A good fan choice would be a 20"+ metal fan, do NOT use a cheap plastic fan as metal is way easier to clean, and we all know what heatsinks are made of! Also, those "box fans" (also still use a metal fan here) would work a lot better in a window, and you'll want to close off the sides so most of the air comes through the fan. I hope you all find this helpful, and use it where and when possible. Let me know your results!
