It's time to start preparing for the process of distributing the prizes so kindly donated by members of our own community for the TZC.  
 
This year we're going to have everyone list their prize preferences before the drawing, so once the drawing is done we can actually announce all the prize recipients in short order.  Troy or one of his minions will do the random drawing in a week or so, and then we will process the prize preferences along with the drawing order.
 
Please read the instructions and caveats below carefully.  If something isn't clear, please ask either in this thread or via PM and I'll update this post as needed.  
  
Read all the way to the end of this post before starting on the selection process. 
1.  Enter your preferences at http://drougnor.bplaced.net/picker/tzc2016.html
2.  Spell your name exactly like it appears in the contestants list on the TZC page (unless there are spaces in your forum name, in which case enter CoolGTX)
3.  Confirm that your preferences have been entered correctly by visiting http://drougnor.bplaced.n..icker/checkchoices.html
4.  You may redo the choices if you make a mistake; the last choices submitted will be the ones used after the drawing. 
5.  If your shipping location is in the USA, put USA for your shipping location, NOT North America 
6.  Watch for updates to this thread in the next few days.  If any mistakes are found in the prize list, you may need to "re-pick".
  
Notes: 
1.  Even if you wish to pass, please visit the page and submit the choices (just leave all gifts as is, submit your name and location, and you're done).  That way we will be able to track whether everyone has made their choices or not. 
2.  Pay attention to the superscript numbers in front of each gift choice - those represent the shipping "regions" available for each gift
3.  You are responsible for entering your choices and confirming them.  If you make a mistake, such as picking an item for which shipping is not available to your location, that choice will be skipped during the processing of the random drawing results.  That mistake will be indicated with an error message in red. 
4.  Use a real computer.  If you have trouble, try a different browser.  
5.  The tool won't work on many mobile devices.  Sorry.
6.  The prize picker may be blocked from some workplaces with web proxies.  You may need to run it from home.

i'd love to have the 1070 for my wife's rig....so picked that first, but mugs were a close second ^_^.  If i get something cool, if not I donated a few million points to folding and had a fun experience during the TZC.

I don't know. Beyond the obvious value of a GTX 1070 for a machine that's currently mothballed, the mug looks great. Plus, on a lighter note, I think Cthulu Saves the World sounds fun. 
 
I do have to add thanks to all who ran the event (the care and attention to detail are well noted) and to all who participated this year. Our research does make a difference, the life you save may be your own. Hopefully, partially through our continued efforts, doctors will create new cures and new research methods that are so important to the advancement of good science.
