I deleted the Folders in the Work Folder and Now I have Tasks or Projects Running.
Did you delete the core folder too?
No, only the EXE files are under the work core folder. At least on my rigs. Sorry I meant The Core Folder. Also it never got one to delete anyway.

Just thinking that some fresh cores might solve that issue.

geared toward the people running this, by the rules are we going to be DQ or whatever equivalent for not folding 24/7. Doubt im not going to play games for the whole 2 weeks and i stop folding when do, since single GPU setup.

a good number of people on central have already folded twice their reported PPD.

It seems that Central is well-organized this year and coming out strong! Keep in mind, however, that the PPD takes a bit of time to settle down to a stable rate if you dropped at lot of WUs right after the contest started it will appear as though your PPD is artificially high.
Also, in response to an earlier question you can take short breaks to play games, repair hardware, etc., though typically most people eliminate or minimize any breaks to folding until the contest period ends. Extended periods of not folding may disqualify you from the prize drawing (though exceptions are typically made for circumstances beyond your control).
