It's time to start preparing for the process of distributing the prizes so kindly donated by members of our own community for the TZC.  
 
This year we're going to try and have everyone list their prize preferences before the end of the contest, so once it ends we can actually announce all the prize recipients in short order.  Troy or one of his minions will do the random drawing at the end of the contest (which is after all teams pass the finish line), and then we will process the prize preferences along with the drawing order.
 
Everyone will have the opportunity to list their prize preferences; hopefully all the contestants will have time to do that within the next 3-4 days.   There are so many prizes this year that I did things a little differently; rather than entering all the prizes in the order they were donated, I tried to group them by type (GPU, other hardware, peripherals, games) to make it a little easier.

Please read the instructions and caveats below carefully.  If something isn't clear, please ask either in this thread or via PM and I'll update this post as needed.   If you ask a question that's already been answered, you will be soundly ridiculed several times, with references to hamsters and elderberries.
  
Read all the way to the end of this post before starting on the selection process. 
1.  Enter your preferences at http://drougnor.bplaced.net/picker/tzc2015.html
2.  Spell your name exactly like it appears in the contestants list on the TZC page
3.  Confirm that your preferences have been entered correctly by visiting http://drougnor.bplaced.n..icker/checkchoices.html
4.  Stand on your chair and yell "I am the king of the world!"
5.  You may redo the choices if you make a mistake; the last choices submitted will be the ones used after the drawing. 
6.  If your shipping location is in the USA, put USA for your shipping location, NOT North America 
7.  Ignore instruction #4
8.  Watch for updates to this thread in the next few days.  If any mistakes are found in the prize list, you may need to "re-pick".
  
Notes: 
1.  Even if you wish to pass, please visit the page and submit the choices (just leave all gifts as is, submit your name and location, and you're done).  That way we will be able to track whether everyone has made their choices or not. 
2.  Pay attention to the superscript numbers in front of each gift choice - those represent the shipping "regions" available for each gift
3.  You are responsible for entering your choices and confirming them.  If you make a mistake, such as picking an item for which shipping is not available to your location, that choice will be skipped during the processing of the random drawing results.  That mistake will be indicated with an error message in red. 
4.  Use a real computer.  If you have trouble, try a different browser.  The tool won't work on some mobile devices.
5.  The prize picker may be blocked from some workplaces with web proxies.  You may need to run it from home.
6.  Not all web browsers are compatible.  If yours doesn't work, try another one.

How many "choices" should be input? Should it be 1 primary and 1 secondary? I just wanted to make sure I didn't do something wrong.

You can put as many items as you want in primary or secondary.  All of your picks in primary come before all of your picks in secondary; the two columns are just there to give you extra room to move things around.
For example, if you put 5 in primary and 5 in secondary, the ones in primary are your first-fifth choices, and the ones in secondary are your sixth-tenth choices.

When you reenter your selections, it will overwrite it. It is case sensitive.

I submitted... but only because I happened to check the TZC main thread yesterday. Might be helpful to send out a PM for those of us who are merely casual users of the forums. I mean, the only way I know that TZC is starting up every year is when I get that PM, haha.
