IstBarP ... i think we can see who the real winners of this competition should be.. no other team has expanded their folding as much as these two teams, and we are REALLY FAR ahead compared to everyone else.. i think it will be around 3k gap at competition end..
So you are saying the Pimps and Maniac's should just shut it down at midnight tonight because there is no way either of our teams ares going to be able to match your team's awesome total or be able generate as many points as you do? Just Sayin

If you read what i were saying it wasn't that the other teams should shut down.. i was just saying that the real final is really going on right now.. the winner of our battle are gonna win.. no matter which team you go against, mine or FFF, they will overproduce... but anyways, we are folding for a good cause, so why shut down?, i will continue all the way to the end no matter if i win or loose :).. awesome to be folding! :)..

I'm not the person declaring the contest is (or should be) over. You are. (I'm not planning on joining them) But what do most people do when a contest is over? I find your overbearing hubris, offensive IstBarP
no matter which team you go against, mine or FFF, they will overproduce...
Why should your team be the winner because your team won 1 week? We won the 1st 2 weeks and beat your (and 7 other) teams by over 2000 points. If your team is such an overproducing machine, then why don't you prove it? Have werty316 cap his PPD at his estimated amount (800 ppd - ask troyD, he did it for Diplomacy) because "... no matter which team you go against, mine or FFF, they will overproduce... " I just want to give the rest of the overproducin' fools on your team a chance to show us mere mortals on Folding Pimps and Mad Maniac's how it's done. <edit: My apologies to IstBarP for the personal attack. it was out of line>

EDIT: *This post sorta makes no sense anymore*.. i got an apology, and thanks latenitec1 though i still think that other teams would have some difficulty keeping up with our team (insanity folders) and (fast and furious folders).. but yea.. it wasn't meant to be an attack of the other teams!!.. i really think everyone is doing great!!.. And as Punchy states in a post below this one, it is now the race for 800.000.000!

There are lots of people overproducing not just Werty and my team. SO TO THOSE THAT KEEP DOING IT QUIT ATTACKING MY TEAM AND WERTY!     To anyone, You know Werty almost quit and myself and my Co-Captain had to do some fast talking to get him to stay. Calculate where team Insanity would be if Werty had left then sit on that and rotate. With the chewing out I got at the beginning of this contest I'm wondering why I bothered.

i dont really know why anyone would attack werty. of all of the people on all of the teams, i'd cut him the most slack because literally the hopes and dreams of his team all rests on his atlas-like shoulders. pretty much any over-producing on his team at all should come from him...

No one is picking on you or werty...
just the system in this contest...I can understand it..and I understand your position because our team was in both postions (last and Dips Overproduction)
Too many variables that put wrenches into the works
the next system is either got to fix some issues like
big against small, (weighting)
HPCS. (capping) or live by your original HPCS estimate (because not everyone can go out an get additional cloud services)
qualifier round (where everyone qualifies their PPD in a all out PPD race for prize - using backets/tiers)
random team selection (no picking who you get - gets rid of collusion or planning before hand)
just fold for the 800 - you've done well.

i am not stating that we should win, but it is clear that no one else would be able to follow up on our teams at all.. i really don't know who is gonna win our bracket , but it sure is exciting ! i fear that FFF will win, but sure has been a fun ride for the best team!.. i like this competition! :D
Indeed but your production didn't ramp up enough in the first 2 weeks where it also counts which is why one of you will end up in the finals and the other team will end up 3rd or 4th.
