As far as I can tell, there are roughly 39 folks missing picks: - 12 have not picked from either pool
- 26 missing only general pool picks, which are most likely my fault
- 1 missing only competitive pool picks
The 12 would already have gotten PMs yesterday. I just finished sending PMs to all 39 so hopefully we can wrap this up.
