They want to make sure posts are only made during the contest, with shots taken during the contest. so they are waiting to start a thread after the contest starts, about 5 more hours or so.

Just got a chance to enter a couple of 9800GX2's with DD waterblocks as brcromer graciously offerred to re-TIM my 2 GTX295 dual PCB cards. Hope someone can use the GX2's they are still worth 12K each and are actually pretty energy efficient. I'm thinking to send them both as 1 prize for a nice summer folding setup for someone. Sean

We've got some great prizes out there offered by some extremely generous donors. Folding @ EVGA members have once again come through in support of our collective folding efforts here. Hats off to everyone that has contributed to the prize pool! For those that have not posted a screenshot and still wish to be included in the prize drawing, please do so by Friday the 13th. This weekend I will post a list of those that have met the requirements to be included in the prize drawing. You should actively check this list to make sure that you are on it and clear up any issues before the prize drawing takes place. Once the drawing occurs, it is too late to resolve any outstanding issues. The prize drawing is tentatively schedule for Monday May 16, 2011 @ 9PM (EDT).

Well I figured since its getting close, people in the prize drawing might want to see what a BFG 8800 GTS OC EE GPU looks like. I will add that this card is basically brand new, I ran it to test it and folded 3 WUs to completion. It was a replacement for another card that I RMA'd. It has been in a static bag and bubble wrap for a long long time. In all its sexiness, I present: 2011-05-05 16.36 (Picture taken with camera on phone, and image resized for forum use)

So, question, if you do win a prize does that knock you out of the drawing for any other items?

Oh, definitely . i bought the cards in the "for sale section" and came waterblocked with the original HSF and cases. I can't vouch for their worth though as I've never had them applied.

OK, I finally got something to add to the prize pool. A 3DMark11 Code. This is being donated in brcromers honor. I have been a recipient to his kindness and in return will do what i can to repay him. SO troy, if you can, edit that a bit to reflet that it's donated in his name by me :)
